So why did Vidic attack their hideout at the end of AC2? Was it just because the Assassins would be suspicious otherwise, or just because this addition of Lucy's true nature was retconned later? Also, if William knew of her true allegiances (he didn't really care when he heard she died, which the others thought was weird, but could be explained by him knowing) why would he let her work with Desmond and the gang, and send messages and stuff to her?
