In ACB, during sequences like the Romulus Lairs, you can see the 'tracks' they leave in Eagle Vision. So either those tracks are in blood or invisible ink, or a hostile character is pacing the Villa.

If you look at the e-mails, you'll learn of a suspicious van that Lucy et al notice during the stay at the Villa. Is it the tracks of a Templar spy?
