It is said that Altair is the son of a Christian mother and a Muslim father. Given the historical situation back then, it is possible that Altair's mother is a European and his father is an Arab. So it is possible for Altair not being quite an Arab in the first place...


Also, contrary to most common belief, it is actually a relatively fast process for bloodlines to be diluted.
