I can't really critise it because I can't draw, and have no idea what some of the technical errors may be. But I think the head is a little bit off. The rest of the picture is on a slight curve/angle, whilst his head is mostly vertical. Definition in the faces shape would be an addition as well, besides the robes I can't really tell who it is.
