I just watched a Youtube video of the red footprints in the villa and some user with the highest rating said the following words, in a nutshell: 1) Lucy is either a really similar-looking impostor from Abstergo or a clone, thus the reason for Juno forcing Desmond to stab her (plus Sub. 16 said: "She's not who you think she is.") 2) The real Lucy was kidnapped and taken during her shift to watch the Villa, thus her reason for disappearing during a memory sequence. 3) The reason the footprints are in the form of a DNA double helix is because it's a clue that Lucy is a fake and thus a Templar that had planned on betraying them and taking the Apple. I don't know what to think of it; it kinda sounds legit, but I'm still skeptical that this is the truth.

Thoughts?
