There may be spoilers ahead

I finished revelations today and at the end Jupiter(I think) said "we created 6 but none of them worked" could this refer to the Apple,Staff,Shroud,ankh,sword,crystal skull of Eden because there are 3 vaults so it not them it may be the temples but Jupiter also said each one better then the last so I'm not sure what it could be.so does anyone know what he was talking about?
