With Gamescom currently active, there have been some updates to AC: Brotherhood. First up, there's a bunch of new screenshots and artwork that you can view in the first link. Secondly, there is a summary of a presentation in the second link showing some new features, such as a mini hangglider. Finally, there's an question/answer interview on the official site with some new stuff.

Lots of new things in there. I certainly am glad I pre-ordered the Codex Edition.
