- Haras, a Levantine Assassin apprentice, betrays the Assassin Order and joins the Templars, leading a Templar attack on Masyaf castle.[1]
- Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad kills Haras and rescues his Mentor Rashid ad-Din Sinan in the process. Altaïr gets elevated to the rank of Master Assassin.[1]
