You're not, you couldn't. But your attempts to throw your weight around, in my mind, constitute attempts. How can a quote not be a part of the article, exactly? It appears on the edit screen, does it not. It appears on the article screen when one simply reads the article, does it not. So I fail to see how a quote is not a part of the article.

No, the templates code is made in such a way that it will fit no matter where it is place, be it next to an image, an infobox, or not. In no media whatsoever? I suggest you read the articles on some of the other wikis you haven't already changed, quotes are practically always placed next to the infobox on their articles. Yes, I am fully aware that simply because one wiki does something, we do not have to do the same, but in this case they are right. Placing the quote above the infobox does not make it easier to read, it simply changes the location of the quote, and if you have difficulty reading the quote because it's next to the infobox, you need your eyes tested.
