Okay, let me see:
on the top of the page, there is a tab named "community"
Under it, you will find the option "Assassin's Wiki IRC Channel", click it.
choose "Beginner" (The grey image).
Type in your desired Nickname and click on "Connect".
You should then enter the ACwiki channel. If you want to register, someone there (Probably Kaishiro or Elchzard) will help you.
