Theseus' Breastplate

Theseus' Breastplate was a breastplate that was part of a set of armor said to have belonged to the mythical hero Theseus himself, and worn by him when he slew the Minotaur.

Around the time of the Peloponnesian War, the breastplate was found by Nikios and his friends. After their venture to loot the riches in the labyrinth beneath Knossos Palace failed, one of Nikios' friends sold the breastplate to the military personnel in Daidalos Fort. After learning of this, the Spartan misthios Kassandra infiltrated the fort and found the breastplate within the fort's armory.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

Theseus' Breastplate, a piece of armor in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as a variant of the commonly found Conqueror's Breastplate, another piece of armor in the same game.

The breastplate doesn't spawn without the quest Recollections. The plinth is there in the Daidalos Armory, but it's empty. While on the plinth, the model used for the breastplate is a variant of the Athenian Breastplate.
