The Canterbury Tales are a collection of stories written by Geoffrey Chaucer.
During the early 16th century, the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze discovered a hidden copy of this book in Constantinople.[1]
Summary[edit | edit source]
A delightful collection of 14th century stories detailing the lives and concerns of a group of Christian pilgrims making their way to Canterbury Cathedral. Written in Middle English, Chaucer's colorful portraits are at times witty, tragic, bawdy, and beautiful.
