Move to Zhang Qijie

I probably shouldn't have to ask because naming policy and all, but if we know her actual name is Zhang Qijie, shouldn't we move this page to that? She didn't lose her name upon becoming empress. Calling her Empress Zhang is the same as calling Joe Biden President Biden with the omission of the given name. Just wanted to double-check if there's any caveat I may have missed before moving this.
