Necessity

Seeing as I don't have the first Last Descendants book, I'm gonna have to call on editors who do: does Varius' father do anything of importance in the storyline? If not, this page really doesn't have enough content to warrant its existence. As it is, it's basically a carbon-copy of one of the first sentences of Varius' article. Thoughts? If this is the case. Why do we have a page for the Generals of the Cross then? Seeing as that is also a carbon-copy. The only difference between those pages is that the page for the General of the Cross is about the a person while the other is about a the rank. In Varius' father's case it's only difference between Varius is that's it's a carbon-copy with a few changes while being centered around him instead of Varius. Personally, I do not see the point in having this article because it's made entirely redundant by the existence of Varius' article. At least in the General of the Cross situation, I can see the necessity in one having an article for the character and one for the rank, even if right now, the Generals of the Cross article does not offer much and I probably wouldn't keep it either.
