Ancestor?

How can Tessa be an ancestor of Desmond? She wasn't family of Edward, I guess?

She was Edward's (second) wife and the mother of Haytham, thus a grandmother of Connor and an ancestor of Desmond. The same way that Maria Thorpe and Sofia Sartor were his ancestors. -- The Wikia Editor (talk) 10:31, October 26, 2015 (UTC)
