Arguing Wife & Husband

No, he is not. He's wearing just regular clothing. But still, how many people without missions linked to them do you see at the exact same spot where this mission is given who are actually targetable?? In that case, it's speculation if there's no way to really confirm it, and we don't allow speculation on articles (at least, we're not supposed to). It could be a glitch or something; I've had randomly targetable citizens in my game before. --Crimson Knight _Intercom 21:11, May 21, 2014 (UTC)

Ah... well... I don't really got an answer to that really, because obviously I cant be sure. would it help if I would check that area again later to see if the same couple spawned and the guy is again targetable?? seeing how I'm kinda eliminating the variable of him being a random targetable citizen. I suppose you could try seeing if the guard goes back to the wife during the memory or not. And after it finishes, there's still that brief moment of free roam that could be used to look around with Eagle Vision. --Kainzorus Prime ^{Walkie-talkie} 21:48, May 21, 2014 (UTC)

When I spotted the guy he actually had different clothes on (just regular stuff, no longer his guard armor), so I don't think it happens straight away. Perhaps you should follow him to see what happens and after that just get the zone to reload and check the same area again?? He probably doesnt change clothes right in front of you, so perhaps a reload will cause the "event" to occur.
