Revamp

This article seems to be written from a gameplay perspective and needs to be revised to reflect an In-Universe perspective. Its writing quality is also a bit poor. We should also check to see if it can be merged with its counterparts in other games as I know there are snipers in most of the other games, only by different names. I forgot what they are called in Syndicate. Either [Lookouts] or Watchers, neither of which we have articles on I believe. Normally, I would just immediately revamp this entire article, but I really do not have any time to spare at the moment other than to write this notice.
