Two things:

  • First, as I said on the talk page for the first Apple, the e-mails in AC1 indicate that this is the one possessed by Altair and Ezio.
  • Second, there's no particular evidence that Mary I ever had a Piece of Eden. While the fact that Elizabeth I had the second Apple means that it's not unlikely, all we know is that Mary was killed by the Assassins.

Shouldn't this page be called the Second Apple of Eden? {{SUBST:User:Soldier Flame/Sig|08:32,11/19/2011}} 08:32, November 19, 2011 (UTC)

Now that we know Altair and Ezio had different apples, it would be much more suggestive if we renamed this to Altair's Apple, A lot more people know who this apples belong rather than their number. Just a suggestion Killeras 20:19, November 27, 2011 (UTC)

It's too confusing to have some Apples with numbers, and some with just names. We use the term "Second Apple" because we know from a glyph that it is called PoE 2. Ezio's Apple is named as such because it has not yet been given a number. If it ever did get one, we would probably use it. We use official names whenever possible -- Vaxis Dec 2 2011 10:15 PM

How did Queen Elizabeth I get the apple?

I know its said it the glyph but she must have got it very soon after ezio got it, since i think she was queen when ezio was in constantiople or about to be, so by this painting which was done when she was not to long queen, she must have got it withing 10 years form ezio looknig at it?Bobemor 16:53, December 5, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not really sure what happened here, I think maybe I'm missing some important details, but;

When was Altair's apple ever designated as the "Second" Apple? Where is the evidence that the same apple sitting at the bottom of Masyaf is the same one that Elizabeth used? How could they have even gotten it out of the Library in the first place?

Most of the information about the Apples of Eden was gained from the glyphs in ACII. They labeled the Apples with their numbers. Also, as to how it was recovered from the library: more modern technology would have been one of the many possibilities to penetrate it. Nesty Contact me! 16:15, May 6, 2012 (UTC)

Alan Rikkin's email in the first Assassin's Creed calls Altaïr's Apple the "no. 2" and Elizabeth's Apple is called Piece of Eden #2 in the Glyphs in Assassin's Creed II. -- Master Sima Yi 18:59, May 6, 2012 (UTC)

missing Owner?/edit deletion[edit source]

My friends and I find it highly unlikely that the second apple could ever find its way into the hands of mahatma ghandi without someone bringing it to india. can somebody look at Geop's analysis of the apples of eden and find a reason why I can't add that the apple was probably owned by the East india Trading company before it got to ghandi? The analysis. skip to 10:00 . seriously, I'd like a reasonable explination, because my last edit was reverted without reason given. 98.18.48.41 19:52, June 3, 2012 (UTC)

Because it is stated in the game's universe. Out of universe analysis and theories don't matter, because this is what's been established. Slate Vesper 20:27, June 3, 2012 (UTC)
A much simple reason would be that it's speculation and we don't allow speculation, only facts. -- Master Sima Yi Clogs Marvel Studios 20:28, June 3, 2012 (UTC)
Well thank you both for answering my questions. I just don't know where to draw the line between a reasonable assumption and speculation. Forgive me if I'm being thick-skulled, but my logic is coming from the same angle we assume "C" to be Winston Churchil, or "S" to be Joe Stalin in the templars letters of correspondance. "It's obvious" is just kind of a frustrating answer. 98.18.48.41 21:58, June 3, 2012 (UTC)

There is no evidence that this Apple was ever in space. Quite the opposite in fact. In the "I KNOW" email the writer states that they saw a man using the Apple. If the writer was indeed the baggage handler, then the probability of their being in space is pretty much nil, and thus unable to have witnessed any kind of accident there, at least not one that anyone with a telescope couldn't have seen.

Additionally, it's called the Denver International Airport satellite accident. Last time I checked, there aren't any airports in space. The references in game seem to imply that the satellite was either being assembled or tested at DIA (most likely in a hangar) when the accident occured. It is also stated that the satellite in question was the Eye-Abstergo satellite, the launch date for said satellite had to be pushed back to Dec. 21, meaning it hadn't been put in orbit yet.

Ark of the Covenant[edit source]

If the Apple was found atop the Ark of the Covenant then would it be more than conjecture to describe it as being the possession of the Hebrews during the Exodus and the Conquest of Canaan? A lot of what we understand from the Glyphs relies on our general understanding of mythology and history, it would be less of a stretch to discuss the Ark Apple's history than assume Hercules, Perseus, Sigmund et al.'s stories occured in AC. --Alientraveller (talk) 17:43, June 21, 2014 (UTC)

I'd say yes. The Ark of the Covenant is one big story, and we don't know if any of it happened in AC. The articles for the three individuals you listed mention that their stories are mythological. And for all we know, the Apple was placed on the Ark only a few years prior to the events of AC. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 17:49, June 21, 2014 (UTC)

Altaïr apple=Bayek apple?[edit source]

It seems weird that the Templars and Assassins search a artefact that was already destroyed and recorded in Altaïr memories.

If it's the same apple (spoil)

-Why William and Layla go to Alexandria at the end, the apple wasn't there for century

-And in the story we recovered no artefacts: apple already destroyed and the staff we don't know where he is. A bit useless.

Maybe it's a mistake by the infographic book, but if it's right, they spoil the next episode in another media saying "there nothing to search".

Not much different from Unity's ending of Germain's body being a non issue. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 03:24, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
