Broader article[edit source]
It doesn't seem like we have an article on the Mongol conquests in other regions, which was definitely significant in Assassin's Creed since the Mongol attacks in the Middle East led to the dispersal of the Assassin Brotherhood. Memories also dealt with the Mongol conquest of Russia. I was wondering if we would want articles for each of the theaters of the Mongol conquest for consistency or rather move and rewrite this article to be about the Mongol conquests as a whole. - I think we should reformat this into a broader article. As best I recall, the Mongols had campaigns in China (Last Descendants, Chronicles: China), Middle East (AC Rev novel
, Dynasty), and parts of East Europe (AC1, AC Rev, Memories, AC Reflections). However, I don't think there's enough in-universe info for each theater, especially since the same European actions under Genghis Khan seem to always be referenced in loose detail ("he's coming!!") between the 4 aforementioned sources. – Darman (talk) 20:50, 8 April 2022 (UTC)- Those are my thoughts exactly! Although I don't remember the Mongol conquests being mentioned in Dynasty, which is set before the Mongol identity had formed, the Mongol conquest of the Middle East is also a major event in The Secret Crusade and the Mongol attack on Masyaf features at the end of the Revelations video game. But even then I think we can still keep everything under one article. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 21:05, 8 April 2022 (UTC)
