Sorry if i wrong, but he don't die in 1497, with some rumour that was Cesare or Gioffre Borgia ??. The next game take place after 1499. Sorry my english. Andreileading 14:54, October 8, 2010 (UTC)
Hey where is the image in the gallery from.Le Vulpe 18:39, October 9, 2010 (UTC)
Are we sure this is actually Juan Borgia? Becuase the AC universe is very good at getting what someone looked like correct and this, according to what information I have found thus far, is not correct. Images do not show him to be fat; he is shown as fairly average build with a beard and somewhat shorter hair. This doesn't appear to be correct. And Andreileading is right, he died in 1497, before the events of Brotherhood. He was murdered in a ghetto in Rome, possibly by men Cesare or Gioffre hired. It could also have been Giovanni Pico della Mirandola, a philosopher.
Also, if this is an article about Juan Borgia, it could use some info on his role as the 2nd Duke of Gandia. He also had two children, Juan Borgia y Enriquez, who became the 3rd Duke of Gandia, and Francisca de Jesus Borgia, a nun. His son also notably was the father of Saint Francis Borgia, who was also the 4th Duke of Gandia. The 1st Duke of Gandia was also a Borgia apparently.
I would make these edits at the moment, but I can't be certain this is actually Juan Borgia. He just doesn't fit the character AT ALL. User:Durmer Darc 18:44, October 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Don't all be so ignorant. It never states that this Juan Borgia is Cesare's brother. As far as I know, there are multiple Juan Borgias (Juan de Borjas) in history. I have been removing all references to this Juan being Cesare's brother - for a reason. -- Master Sima Yi 05:25, October 12, 2010 (UTC)

The image is from Dev Diary 3.
It may be irrelevant at this point, but they've now confirmed that Cesare did, in fact, kill his brother: [1] 98.192.42.30 23:26, October 14, 2010 (UTC)

Google Juan de Borja. This is the guy that is featured in Brotherhood who died in 1503.
Yep. It seems to match up: lived 1446-1503, first of ten cardinal-nephews appointed by Rodrigo. I vote yea. Although, interestingly enough, this means that the Valois and Micheletto sequences would have taken place within 17 days or less. But that doesn't strictly contradict anything I can think of. 98.252.164.183 01:54, December 19, 2010 (UTC)
- Scratch that - I've since noticed that the database states (in Rodrigo's entry) that he died in June/July 1503. Still, the date of death is roughly the same, and everything else matches. 98.192.42.30 18:27, February 21, 2011 (UTC)
Picture[edit source]
Can someone change his infobox picture to his in-game database picture? All current pictures on the page depict him in his pagan party... outfit. -- Master Sima Yi 15:44, April 12, 2011 (UTC)
