Joseph Joffre

It seems very likely that this guy is Joseph Joffre, since he has a street named after him in the French concession.--Bovkaffe (talk) 14:29, May 1, 2016 (UTC)

This guy is in his 40s at most, not in hid mid-70s. Maybe a relative, but them being the same guy seems very unlikely. -- Master Sima Yi _Talk 14:34, May 1, 2016 (UTC)
