Appearance in book

So I just finished reading Sword of the White Horse, and Excalibur is in a set of items owned by the Women of the Mist. The other items are a Chalice a spear and a plate. I don't really know what the plate is supposed to be, but the other 3 are all references to holy relics that appear in Mallory's The Death of Arthur. The Chalice in particular seems to be something that should be mentioned in this page even if it's just in trivia. – Zelgerath99 talk contribs 00:55, 15 October 2024 (UTC)

The spear is likely the Holy Lance or the "Spear of Longinus", while the plate is the Fisher King's silver platter, as also told in Chrétien de Troyes' tale Perceval, the Story of the Grail. Just to be clear, are you saying the book makes direct mention of the Grail, or are you just listing other items that the Women held according to Arthurian myth but are unnamed here? – Darman (talk) 01:50, 15 October 2024 (UTC)
