Reaction to looting?

Civilians reacted to looting gondolas like they reacted to looting treasure chests, by being more or less affronted. But do guards react?

I'm throwing this out there in case someone can get to ACB quicker than I can, atm... Sadelyrate (talk) 23:06, January 9, 2013 (UTC)
