A category for Freemasons?

We have categories for Templars,Assassins,Popes etc. and we do have a lot of pages of famous Freemasons here so why not?31.47.12.252 21:40, September 10, 2012 (UTC)

I agree, but I personally think it's better to wait and see what relevance they will have in Assassin's Creed III - perhaps. I'm a categorizing guy, so I may go ahead and do it anyways. At least the category wouldn't be too empty. George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Paul Revere, Harry Houdini, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon B. The Freemason aren't really utilised in-game as much as they could have been. The allegiance to the Freemason by certain characters isn't ignored, but it's not a meaningful part of the story in anyway. Although it is true that they are mostly outside of the Assassin/Templar conflict, and many of its members, like Washington, were "safer not knowing" about the Templar Colonial Rite, Achilles did have contacts within the Masons, most notably Sam Adams. So they had very little to do with the Assassins and Templars, but it would be an overstatement to say they had nothing to do with them. Much of the public perception of Freemasons more accurately fits the Illuminati, I figure the AC producers knew this, hence their depiction in AC3. --Darth Something (talk) 16:35, March 22, 2013 (UTC)

Can somebody locate Shaun's quote about the Freemasons and place it in the article? (The "secret society everybody's heard about..." one.)
