I didn't see where Baphomet was mentioned as being the Father of Understanding - source?
He wasn't but it's supposed due to name association

It's a subtle satire of the Christian, "god" blessings that highlights the Order's, "understanding", (ie: Athiesm/Precursor knowledge) in a way that would be purposely widely misunderstood as praising god. GWR4019 (talk) 01:43, July 19, 2014 (UTC)
