Cry

Concerning the eagle scream in-games being actually red-tailed hawk's cry... There's the quite well-established tradition in Hollywood to use latter for the former, simply because the eagle's own cry isn't nearly as majestic and awesome as that of the red-tailed hawk's cry. This is also mentioned in the Wikipedia entry for said hawk: "The fierce, screaming cry of the red-tailed hawk is frequently used as a generic raptor sound effect in television shows and other media, even if the bird featured is not a red-tailed hawk. AC2 feathers

I don't think the feathers Ezio collects are ever specified to be eagle feathers. Unless there's text/dialogue somewhere that indicates they are, they should be assumed not to be - they are all white, and the only eagle with all white feathers is the bald eagle, which is only in North America.--Fielran (talk) 04:51, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
