Cuban Grand Master only

The only source for this character does not specify if his jurisdiction is the entire Caribbean or not. It notes "Grand Masters in Cuba, Mexico, and the United States", suggesting that there the Grand Masters were affiliated with a Cuban Rite, Mexican Rite, and American Rite respectively. The Cuban Rite might not have jurisdiction over the entire West Indies in modern times as the administrative borders could have changed. This article makes too many assumptions I think, and even its name, though conjectural, incorrectly suggests that its only source calls him a Grand Master of the Caribbean when it implies only Cuba.
