I don't think this should be a page. The email from John to Olivier about CtOS is clearly just another Watch Dogs easter egg.Bovkaffe (talk) 09:06, July 18, 2014 (UTC)

If it appears in an AC game then it is part of the AC universe, unlike Garneau's capture in Watch Dogs. --Alientraveller (talk) 10:51, July 18, 2014 (UTC)
