I know Kelley referred to the Piece as a Crystal Ball, but was that really one of the Crystal Balls? Didn't he later send a portrait of the Judgement of Paris, and point out that the Golden Apple, was the same thing he used earlier? -- IlMualim ^{Wanna Chat?} 16:41, December 28, 2012 (UTC)

Assasson's Creed initiates confirmed on 21 January, 2013 that Edward kelley's Piece of Eden was an Apple rather than a Crystal Ball. The previous edits that removed it from this article had been undone, so I removed it again. KedaseDerragar (talk) 19:49, January 22, 2013 (UTC)

Please read Divine Science: Chapter 3 - Elizabeth Jane Weston instead. Not to mention that Initiates has been wrong before, and Initiates does not dictate canon. The Apple is not used to "communicate with angels" regardless, so I find that quite odd. I have read it, thanks very much. There's no evidence that they're in possession of two artifacts. The illustration appears to show a crystal ball, but that could very well just be illustrating what Elizabeth is imagining, considering the floating scroll around it and all. Also, at that point all she has to go on is what her mother says, and her mother might not be telling the whole truth (both concerning the "crystal ball" part and the "speaking with angels" part). What we DO know for sure, however, is that when Elizabeth sneaks into the office and actually does find an artifact, it's gold rather than clear.

Perhaps the whole "speaking with angels" thing is just Elizabeth's mother's way of explaining how they're obtaining the knowledge of the Apple? She doesn't seem privy to the process herself, so her explanation to a five-year-old doesn't really strike me as reliable evidence. KedaseDerragar (talk) 20:05, January 22, 2013 (UTC)

What it "could very well" is not what is shown. It is explicitly referred to as a "crystal ball", and I don't seem to remember any of the other Project Legacy memories having any images of what the subject merely 'imagines'. We do not base our articles off of a particular interpretation. Also the question was "(What did Elizabeth Jane Weston discover in John Dee's room?)", not "What type of Piece of Eden did Edward Kelley possess?" John Dee indeed had an Apple of Eden in his armoire. -- Master Sima Yi _Talk 20:14, January 22, 2013 (UTC)
