The Shroud, Maybe?[edit source]

I think since Ezio and Cristina loved each other deeply before she died he would bring her back with the Shroud. I know some years passed between her death and the end of Brotherhood which means she would have decomposed almost completely, but it's a small possibility. If he loved her that much, he would bring her back, unless he wants her to rest eternally. What do you guys think?

Does Ezio even know about the Shroud? JohnMoore 02:58, November 23, 2010 (UTC)

I thought he would since Perotto was after it, and he was killed for harming fellow Assassins, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about that. Stran3Happ3nings Knowledge knows no bounds 07:50, November 23, 2010 (UTC)

He probably thought about it but decided against it due to the shrouds other effects and how he was currently needed at full-strength and full mental health. And by the time he had relaxation time (after he opened the Vaticans vault she would be in too bad a condition... Chris-the-killer 17:44, November 23, 2010 (UTC)

This makes no sense whatsoever. If she had jsut died, he could bring her back. He would never go back years after the happenign with a margical artifcat to bring her corpse back to life. -- D. Cello 17:47, November 23, 2010 (UTC)
Maybe that could be an excuse for a zombie DLC pack ;) lol.

Actually, I really doubt Ezio would use the Shroud to bring her back. If you have read about it, it states that the Shroud can only Reanimate the body but not bring the personality and invidual spirit back. Ezio pretty much loved her for her personality and herself (but hey, the good looks part wasn't bad either! lol!)

Simonetta Vespucci[edit source]

Could Cristina Vespucci be based on this woman??

"Simonetta Vespucci (1453-1476), “la bella Simonetta”, was the most beautiful woman in Florence, Italy in her day. She was so beautiful that men were still painting her more than 20 years after her death. She is the woman you keep seeing over and over again in Botticelli’s paintings, like the “Birth of Venus”." source

Cristina in BH was very pretty -- given the Renaissance ideal, I think it's possible she could be based off Simonetta. But that's jsut my opinion, we need proof before adding it to the article >.< -- D. Cello 14:37, July 4, 2011 (UTC)
Yes I know we need proof, I was asking because of that... maybe someone here knows if Ubisoft said something about her like they did with Sofia Sorto Maki-san 16:52, July 4, 2011 (UTC)Maki-san

Cristina and Ezio's night together[edit source]

Why doesn't her page mention the night before Ezio's father and brothers were imprisoned? It told about the repressed memorys of her that appeared in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood but nothing of her appearance in Assassin's Creed II. Tripodssj6 23:01, August 17, 2011 (UTC)

Ezio's Art Collection[edit source]

It's interesting that Ezio had a deep love for Cristina and at the same time collected copies of Birth Of Venus and Primavera by Botticelli, especially as Cristina may have been one of the girls featured in those paintings.

I wonder what other pictures he may have had locked away in the other rooms of the Villa Auditore?
