Time to remove sections?[edit source]
By the time of this posting, Odyssey is content-complete, and we haven't encountered a single weapon or piece of armor that could be "crafted" in the sense of Bayek's Hidden Blade, for example, or the Adrestia upgrades. We've only seen engraving and upgrading of looted and rewarded items, and even then using a variable resource cost that inflates with level. So, should the blank "TBA" sections be removed to consolidate the page? Also, should we remove the Weapons header and just say "Arrows," or keep Arrows under a Weapons header? - As the one who created this page, I agree with your suggested changes, but you'll want to ask Staff just to be sure. I only inserted those categories in the beginning on the assumption that the crafting would follow the format in previous games. Clearly, I was wrong. – Darman (talk) 06:05, January 15, 2020 (UTC)
- The admins give us a fair amount of leeway as long as we stick to the MoS, and in certain cases we've had to adapt to account for the sheer scope of the differences between each entry in the franchise. On that note, the crafting pages for each game have already taken on formats best suited to their item logs. This page is currently closest to the Crafting (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag) page, but that doesn't seem to be a default format for all of them to adhere to. Regardless, thank you for the work you put in thus far. RShepard227 (talk) 03:53, January 16, 2020 (UTC)
