Articles on ethnic groups

This question had already come up in the past regarding articles on the Taíno, the Abenaki, the Kanien'kehá:ka, etc. but if we have pages on indigenous groups and old ethnic groups like the Britons and Franks, then for consistency we also technically should be having articles on other ethnic groups like Arabs, Han (Chinese), Turks, Persians, etc. I refrained from persisting in this because of the labour involved, but I want to put this out there again so people will at least be aware of the inconsistency.
