Historical Character

First we have the Count, and now we have the Governor. Well that's awesome. x3 Anyways, the hack said that he was missing during his time in power. Looking though Wikipedia, it said that he has been smuggling with France, North America, and Mexico/around South America to help promote trade and supply them against the British. I don't know if this is can be a reason or if he was kidnapped by the Templars, lol.
