Wrong Perspective?[edit source]
This seems more focused on Ezio's infiltration and defense of the Prince, rather than the attack on the Prince itself, I have noticed this on lots of event articles, always focusing on the protaganist. The Leaping Eagle 15:32, May 17, 2012 (UTC)
- Well, we've not long deleted a lot of event articles since they were too story-oriented and not actual major events.
- If you say it's more focused on Ezio, you could just rework it to fit in. Slate Vesper 15:34, May 17, 2012 (UTC)
- For this very reason, I hate nearly all Timeline articles. They all focus on EVERYTHING Ezio does, who HE talks to, where HE goes, instead of having a universal perspective. I don't really have the concentration and interest in rewriting all of them though... -- Master Sima Yi 15:43, May 17, 2012 (UTC)
- Well, it's not so hard to see why though, since people are learning about these events through the game's perspective, instead of looking outside it and putting it in the universal perspective you mention. Slate Vesper 15:47, May 17, 2012 (UTC)
- Never expected replies this quickly, but yes, FAR too many event articles are basically copy-pastes of protagonist's biography section, I feel this should be renamed to, oh I dunno, "Defence of Prince Suleiman" or something, since that is all the article actually is about. And for the first time ever for me, someone edited while I was! The Leaping Eagle 15:51, May 17, 2012 (UTC)
