Signaling Officer Murat was a virtual representation of one of Arno Dorian's genetic memories, relived by a Helix initiate through the Helix Navigator.
Description[edit | edit source]
Joachim Murat tasked Arno with sabotaging Chouan artillery before he led an assault on the royalists.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
- Soldier: A band of Royalists have captured several cannons, (my Captain!)
- Murat: They'll rip us apart with the grapeshot if we attack.
Arno approached Murat.
- Murat: I am Leftenant Joachim Murat, sir. At this moment, we are at risk of a bloody civil war. I need a capable man to slip into the Royalist position yonder and spike those cannons. When I see smoke, I'll take that as the signal to attack.
Infiltrating the position, Arno spiked to cannons and lit the fuse on one.
- Royalist: Who primed this cannon? It's set to fire!
As the cannon went off, it blew up and emitted smoke to signal Murat. Arno then escaped the area.
Outcome[edit | edit source]
Arno sabotaged the Chouan cannons, allowing Murat to assault their position.
