Sarah Greene

Sarah Greene (born 1984) is an Irish stage-and-screen actress, as well as a singer, who voiced Anne Bonny in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.[1]

Biography[edit | edit source]

Born in Cork, Ireland, Greene was trained at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, from which she graduated in 2006. Her early years as an actress were primarily spent honing her craft on the stage; Greene featured in many plays including Peer Gynt, Alice in Funderland, and Little Gem.[1]

She also appeared in films and television series such as The Guard, Noble, and a bit part in Vikings. Greene rose to fame with her role of Helen McCormick in The Cripple of Inishmaan, in which she plays opposite Daniel Radcliffe. She subsequently received the 2014 Theatre World Award for "Outstanding Broadway Debut", and was nominated for the 2014 Laurence Olivier Awards as Best Actress in a Supporting Role and the 2014 Tony Awards for Best Featured Actress in a Play.[1]
