Salton Sea

The Salton Sea is a man-made salt lake in California.^[1] In 2015, the Assassin cell consisting of Xavier Chen, Galina Voronina, and Kody Adams was based here. After rescuing Charlotte de la Cruz from Templars in San Diego, they brought her to their hideout, where she began reliving the memories of her ancestor Tom Stoddard.^[2]

Later, the Assassins, believing the Templars would eventually find their hideout, departed the Salton Sea, loading the Animus into a van to allow Charlotte to continue exploring Stoddard's memories during their relocation.^[3]
