Saint-Louis, Senegal

Saint-Louis is the capital of the Saint-Louis Region of Senegal.

During the Seven Years' War, the Colonial Templar Shay Cormac sent an envoy to the city to pay its company man a visit to sway him to the Templar's ideals.^[1] After the company man allied himself with the Templars, spies remained in the city to keep tabs on him.^[2]
