The Roman Camp of Surus was a Roman military camp situated in the Green Mountains of Kyrenaika which housed the war elephant Surus.[1]
In 47 BCE, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa traveled to the camp where he eliminated Surus before it could be deployed.[1]
