The River Camp

The River Camp was a military camp in the Forest of Soron in Arkadia, Greece. Located in the southernmost part of the region near the border with the Lykosoura Highlands, this camp was occupied by a small military force.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place, killed their captain, burned war supplies and claimed their valuables.
