Precursor Habitation Expedition

The Precursor Habitation Expedition was the second phase in Abstergo Industries' investigation on the Isu.

In 1971, Abstergo created and funded the first of such expeditions. By 1980, seven large-scale Denisovan sites located in Europe, Africa, North America and Asia had been discovered and partially excavated, though quality of the data gathered was often questionable. In the 1980s, the company began an effort to recover as many tools, artifacts, and curios as possible from these and other sites.
