Parkes is a town in New South Wales, Australia.

On 21 August 2013, the Initiates network received an update from the help of the C.TAG (Coordinates Temporal And Geographical) program in the town. However due to the increased risk factor attached to this, the C.TAG development was proposed to be shut down to instead focus on Initiate operations.[1]
