Onarr the Ugly was a sailor and a member of the Raven Clan.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Onarr the Ugly was an excellent sailor, capable of piloting a longship entirely on his own, reason for which King Sigvaldi kept him around. Once, during a feast with guests from the Yngling clan, the ale ran out before Onarr could be served. He yelled and accused Sigvaldi of treachery, earning jeers from the others at the longhouse, causing him to became even angrier and storming out. Onarr beheaded one of the guests' horses and placed it on a pole before panicking and running off, disappearing for many months.[1]
Characteristics and personality[edit | edit source]
Onarr was cruel, anxious, and humorless man and described by Bragi as one of the most unlikable people he had ever known. [1]
