The Niflheim Hood was a hood inspired by the cold realm of Niflheim in Norse mythology.
During the Viking expansion into England, the hood was made available to the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories in 2020.[1]
