The Kopis was a thin, sharp and curved seax made before the 9th century.

During her travels, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan acquired this short blade after besieging Portcestre and killing Fulke.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Kopis is a weapon in Assassin's Creed Valhalla that shares the same model as the Hunting Knife and Barnabas' Dagger, weapons that are found in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. These are recycled models of the Twin Blades and the Motivational Duet, two weapons from Assassin's Creed: Origins.
