Khrsanub (died 34 BCE) was a bandit leader who operated outside Thebes, Egypt during the reign of Cleopatra.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Around 34 BCE, Khrsanub and his men raided an estate belonging to a farmer named Tapti and gained possession of a dream scroll, which the farmer had stolen from Besa, a dream interpter in Thebes. With the scroll in his possession, Khrsanub made camp near the river southwest of Thebes and made use of it to help interpret the dreams of his friends, although they were not pleased with his interpretations. A while later, Khrsanub and his men were killed by the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa, who had been sent by Besa to recover the scrolls.[1]
