Khamudi

Khamudi was the last Pharaoh of the Fifteenth Dynasty of Egypt, a Hyksos regime that came to power after its conquest of Egypt.

During his reign, the Egyptians' campaign to liberate their country had reached such a momentum that Hyksos defeat was all but assured. In spite of this, the Khamudi's reign was prolonged by many more years than what would be expected from a ruler who had lost the rest of the country. This owed in large part to the determination of his soldiers in defending their capital, Haat-wurat. The city inevitably fell to the Egyptians nonetheless, and the shotel associated with Khamudi became lost for centuries before resurfacing in 48 BCE as the Khamudid Lost Blade.
