John Chancer
John Chancer is an American actor, voice actor, and audiobook narrator.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Early career[edit | edit source]
Chancer has voiced many audiobooks for Audible, including books in the Alien series and several Audible-exclusive books.[1] Most notably, he provided the voice the character of Chatsworth from the British children's animated series Chuggington from 2008 until 2013 in the United States localized version. He's also provided small character voices for video games, including Silent Hill: Origins (2007), Horizon Zero Dawn (2017), and Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country (2018), among a few other even smaller roles.[2]
Assassin's Creed[edit | edit source]
Chancer was announced to be a part of Audible's original Assassin's Creed audio-drama Assassin's Creed: Gold in November 2019.[3] Although his part in voicing the modern day Assassin Gavin Banks was not revealed until February 2020, close to its release. It was then unveiled on the platform on 27 February.[4]
