Javier Gutiérrez

Javier Gutiérrez Álvarez (born 17 January 1971) is a prolific Spanish actor, having appeared in more than fifty films since he started his career in 1997. He portrays Tomás de Torquemada, one of the main antagonists, in the Assassin's Creed film.

Gutiérrez has previously appeared in Águila Roja, a long-running television series set in 17th century Spain, as well as Los Serrano and Lo que escondían sus ojos. He has also featured in films such as Retribution, Zip & Zap and the Marble Gang and Marshland, for which he won the Goya Award for Best Actor.
