Hugh Jackson (1763 – 1779) was a soldier in the Continental Army and the older brother of Andrew Jackson, the seventh President of the United States. Due to his Templar connections, he was assassinated by the Colonial Assassins during the Battle of Stono Ferry.[1]

Historically, Jackson died of heat stroke and exhaustion during the battle.[2]
